Parimatch Fails to Credit ₹10,000 UPI Deposit Despite Bank Confirmation
My Parimatch player ID is 449962756. On January 23, 2026, at 11:01 a.m., I deposited ₹10,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI using GPay. However, as of January 28, 2026, the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. I contacted GPay and my bank, and they confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully and that the funds were transferred to Parimatch without any issue on the bank’s side. Despite this confirmation, my Parimatch account remains uncredited. I have submitted multiple support tickets to Parimatch regarding this deposit issue and have also provided a screenshot of the transaction, but I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. It feels as though my complaint is not being taken seriously. This situation has left me extremely disappointed and has caused me to lose trust in the platform. I am requesting that the ₹10,000 deposit made on January 23, 2026, at 11:01 a.m. via GPay UPI be credited to my Parimatch account immediately. I also expect a clear explanation for the reason behind this delay and why my previous support tickets were not properly addressed.
