Parimatch Deposit Issue: UPI Not Reflected
Yesterday, on 29 March 2026 at around 7:06 p.m., I made a deposit of 1,000 to my Parimatch sports betting account via UPI using Google Pay. The UPI transaction was completed successfully, and the payment is shown as successful in my Google Pay app with transaction ID 645465214463. However, the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. After noticing that the money was not reflected in my Parimatch balance, I opened a ticket through your support system with reference number #87410786, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. I also contacted Google Pay/bank support, and they confirmed that the transaction was successful on their side. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that my missing 1,000 be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank via Google Pay, as soon as possible. I expect a clear update and swift resolution of this problem.
