I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch sports betting account related to a deposit that was never credited. On 23 October 2025, I deposited 1000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI. The payment was completed on my side and I have a transaction/reference ID: 529650215989, but the amount has still not been added to my Parimatch balance. This 1000 INR is the only deposit during that period that failed to reach my account; my other transactions have not had this problem. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but they have been non-responsive and I have not received any solution or clear information. I request that my deposit be investigated and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation regarding why this issue occurred and why support has not responded.
