Parimatch UPI Deposit Via PhonePe Not Credited

I made a deposit to my Parimatch sports betting account on 31/01/2026 using UPI via PhonePe for an amount of 2000, but the money has still not been reflected in my Parimatch sports wallet. The UPI transaction reference number for this payment is 392711106669, and the amount has been successfully debited from my PhonePe account, yet it has not been credited on Parimatch. After noticing that the deposit was not credited, I raised a ticket with Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response or solution. This is the only deposit I have made recently, and it is very disappointing that it has not been processed correctly and that there has been no communication from your side.
