Parimatch Payment Deducted but Not Added to Account

On February 9, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹198 to my Parimatch account using Google Pay via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my Google Pay account, and I have full transaction proof, including the UPI reference details in a screenshot. However, the deposit has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance.
After noticing that the money was deducted but not credited, I submitted support tickets through the Parimatch platform. Unfortunately, I have not received any response so far. There is also no visible customer helpline number, which has made it impossible for me to reach support through any other channel.
I respectfully request that this issue be investigated urgently and that the ₹198 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my Google Pay account, according to your standard procedures.
I am ready to provide the transaction screenshot and UPI reference number to help resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
