Parimatch Customer Support Says Wait, But Deposit Still Not Credited
I am reporting a new issue with a recent deposit I made to my Parimatch account via the Parimatch website, which has not yet been credited to my wallet. Today I deposited 4,000 INR to my Parimatch account through the website, and the transaction has UTR number 398142318463. It has already been about 1 hour and 48 minutes since the transaction was completed, but the amount is still not visible in my Parimatch wallet. I immediately contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and they told me to wait 2–3 working days for the amount to be credited. Considering I already have previous unresolved deposit issues with Parimatch, I am very worried about this new payment as well. I request that Parimatch urgently check this transaction with UTR 398142318463 and credit the full amount of 4,000 INR to my Parimatch wallet as soon as possible, and inform me clearly once the balance has been added.
Progress
I deposited money to Parimatch using the Chrome browser. The amount was debited from my bank account but was not credited to my Parimatch wallet.
One payment of 7000 has been pending for 4 months. The second payment of 6998 has been pending for 19 days. The third payment of 2025 has been pending for 1 month.
When I asked the billing team to review this matter, they told me to contact Parimatch support. I have contacted many members of the Parimatch support team, but the issue has still not been resolved.
