Parimatch Balance Not Updated After QR Code Payment

On January 19, 2026, at approximately 3:45 a.m., I made a deposit of ₹1,007 to my Parimatch account using a UPI QR payment via PhonePe from Bangalore, India. Although the amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 612917207439, and my Parimatch account ID is 892377648.

I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but instead of properly investigating the transaction, they repeatedly claimed that the UTR number is invalid. Since the payment was completed successfully on my side and I have a valid UTR, this situation has caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I request that this transaction be urgently reviewed using the provided UTR and account details, and that the ₹1,007 be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why my earlier support requests were not handled properly.
