Parimatch 5000 UPI Recharge Not Credited For Seven Days
On 18 February at around 5:59 p.m., I made a recharge of 5,000 on the Parimatch website for gaming purposes. I completed the payment through Super Money UPI, and the transaction was shown as successful on my side. However, the amount was neither added to my Parimatch account nor refunded back to me. It has already been 7 days since the payment was made and the issue is still not resolved. Since that date, I have been trying to reach both Parimatch and the payment side for a clear solution, but I am not getting any proper response and my messages are not being answered. It is very frustrating to see that 5,000 has been deducted without any service in return and without any support. I kindly request that this issue be resolved urgently within a maximum of 3 days by either crediting the 5,000 to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount of 5,000 to my original payment method, and that I be informed clearly about the action taken.
