Parimatch UPI Deposit Stuck In Processing And Not Credited For 24 Hours
I am writing regarding an unresolved deposit issue with my Parimatch account. On 9 December at 10:25 p.m., I made a deposit of 500 rupees via UPI. The payment was successfully processed on my side, but on Parimatch it has been showing as “processing” for around 24 hours and the amount has still not been credited to my account balance. During this time, I have tried to get support, but I have only received automated replies, which have not provided any real help or solution. I have not been contacted by any actual customer service representative and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my 500 rupee UPI deposit from 9 December at 10:25 p.m. be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation for this delay.
