Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited - Ten Days Pending

I have been using Parimatch for years without major issues, but I am now facing a very upsetting problem with a deposit that has not been credited or refunded for many days. On 23 November at around 9:38 pm Indian time, I made a deposit of 5000 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI mobile. The amount was deducted from my bank, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. It has now been around 10 days, and in the transaction status on your side it has been shown as pending for about 4 days, which is extremely disappointing. My Parimatch registered number is 9167313***. I have trusted and used Parimatch for a long time, and such an issue has never happened before, so this experience is very sad and has shaken my confidence in the platform. If this problem is resolved quickly and fairly, I will be able to continue using Parimatch and depositing money without hesitation. I request that my 5000 INR be immediately refunded to my original UPI payment method without any further delay and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
