Parimatch ₹5000 UPI Deposit Not Credited Or Refunded

On 23-01-2026, I deposited an amount of ₹5000 via UPI on the Parimatch sports betting platform, but the money was neither added to my Parimatch wallet nor refunded back to my account. The amount has been successfully debited from my side, and I have the UPI transaction reference/screenshot as proof of payment. Since this deposit is still missing and I have not received any support or clarification within the platform, I request that my money either be immediately credited to my Parimatch wallet or refunded back to the UPI account from which the payment was made. I am sharing this complaint so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
