Paribu (US) Not Cash Out

I am using a personal Paribu account and I have not been able to withdraw TL or perform any other transactions for 3 days. Since 6 April, every time I create a TL withdrawal request, I receive the warning “hesabınızda borç bulunduğu için çekim yapamazsınız”. Although there is no known debt or open position in my account, the system gives this error and I cannot access approximately 10,000 TL in my balance. When I reported the situation to customer service, I was told that there were very small negative balances in my HOT and NEO assets (0.025 and 0.0009) and that this was, in their own words, “an exceptional transaction caused by repeated order matches”. In other words, although this negative balance stems entirely from Paribu’s own system, as a solution I was asked to buy these coins and close the negative balance. Even though I followed exactly what the customer representative said and bought to close the negative balances, the problem was not resolved and my TL withdrawal is still not being processed, and I am also restricted from other transactions. Despite writing repeatedly and sending e‑mails for 3 days for both this negative balance to be corrected by the system and for my TL withdrawal to be completed, I have not received any response, my e‑mails are not answered and the problem is not resolved. It is unacceptable that I cannot withdraw my own money and cannot use my account because of a situation that arises from their own system error and that I cannot reach a solution through the support channels. My registered e‑mail address in the system is [email protected]. I request that Paribu urgently correct this negative balance problem arising from its own system, ensure that approximately 10,000 TL in my account can be withdrawn to my bank account without any further delay, remove all transaction restrictions on my account, and provide an appropriate financial compensation for the grievance I have experienced during this period.
