I Cannot Withdraw My Money From Paribu Because My ID Was Not Approved
On August 17, 2025, I attempted to make a withdrawal through the Paribu mobile application. However, the transaction cannot be completed without identity verification. I started the verification process, but it was not approved, and Paribu customer service only responded with “you need to verify,” without providing any explanation as to why it was not approved. As a result, I cannot access the ₺2300 in my account. This is the first time I have experienced such an issue, and I want my grievance to be resolved. I request that the option to verify accounts with a driver’s license be introduced and that my transactions be completed promptly.
