Papara Card Transfer Error - IBAN Payment Fails - Money Not Refunded
For about 10 days, I have been trying to transfer ₺320 from my Papara Card to my own bank account, but every time I attempt the transaction, I receive an error message saying, “An error occurred. Our team has been notified about the issue. Please try again later.” The transaction fails every time I try to send money to an IBAN through the mobile app. I contacted customer service about this issue, but they only told me that there was nothing I could do except wait. I also submitted my complaint through Papara’s community section, where I was told to check my email, yet I never received any email from Papara, causing further inconvenience. I urgently request that this issue be resolved and that the ₺320 on my card be refunded.
