Unable to Withdraw BTC Holdings from Paribu for Months

I have been unable to withdraw my BTC holdings from my wallet for months. Despite sending all the requested information and documents multiple times, the system keeps automatically responding with a temporary restriction. Customer service advises me to try again, but the situation has remained the same since March. Paribu has effectively seized my assets and is not allowing me to use them.
