Papara Closed My Account Without Reason - Kept My Balance

On June 3, 2025, my Papara account was placed under review, and as of 7:55 PM on August 4, 2025, it was permanently closed without any explanation. Throughout this process, I received only a single email notifying me of the account closure, with no details provided regarding the reason. I contacted Papara customer service to request the return of my ₺37,972.61 balance and submitted my IBAN information. However, four days have passed, and I still have not received any payment, leaving me financially distressed. This situation constitutes a violation of my financial rights and has caused significant inconvenience. It is also the first time I have encountered such an issue. I expect Papara to urgently refund the full balance in my account without any further delay. Otherwise, I will pursue my legal rights and file complaints with the Consumer Arbitration Committee and relevant official institutions. I demand a swift resolution to this matter.
