Reelshort Subscription Charges and Refund Request

For about the last four weeks I have been repeatedly billed by Reelshortw for a subscription that I do not want. On my OnePay card there have been two separate charges of 12.99 USD each for this subscription. I have already disputed these last two transactions with my bank, as I did not knowingly agree to or do not wish to continue this subscription. I am asking for the Reelshortw subscription associated with my card to be fully cancelled, for no further charges to be made, and for the amounts that have been taken without my clear consent to be refunded to me.
