Request To Review Umingle Account Ban - Ban ID: B376d7eb

I am writing regarding the ban that was recently placed on my Umingle account and to request a manual review and removal of this ban. This morning, while using the Umingle app on my Android phone in a normal way and in line with the rules, I suddenly received a “You are banned” message with Ban ID b376d7eb. The reason shown is “Gender Searching” and the screen also displays an “Instant Unban” option for 79.99 EGP. I did not knowingly or intentionally violate any community guidelines, and I believe this ban may be the result of a mistake or an automated system error. At the moment, I cannot access my account unless I make a payment for the instant unban. I find it unfair to be asked to pay to regain access when I am confident that I have tried to follow the platform’s rules. I kindly request that you manually review my account activity and the circumstances of this ban, and that you lift the ban without any charge if no clear and intentional violation is found. I value your platform and would like to continue using it safely and in compliance with your terms of service. I look forward to your response and to having my access restored.
