Papara Closed My Account With ₺28,500 Balance and Has Not Refunded My Money
On September 12, 2025, my Papara account was suddenly closed while it still held a balance of ₺28,500. The only explanation I received was that the action was taken “in accordance with the contract rules,” but no specific reason or detailed justification was provided. After the closure, I contacted Papara customer service, and they told me that the case was “under review” and that once the investigation was completed, my funds would be refunded. However, even though five days have passed, I have still not received my money back, nor have I been given any clear or transparent updates regarding the status of my balance. This is extremely concerning, as I have never experienced such an issue with Papara before, and it has caused me serious financial distress. I am demanding that my ₺28,500 balance be refunded to me immediately without further delay and that Papara provide a proper explanation for why my account was closed in the first place.
