On September 12, 2025, my Papara account was suddenly closed while it still held a balance of ₺28,500. The only explanation I received was that the action was taken “in accordance with the contract rules,” but no specific reason or detailed justification was provided. After the closure, I contacted Papara customer service, and they told me that the case was “under review” and that once the investigation was completed, my funds would be refunded. However, even though five days have passed, I have still not received my money back, nor have I been given any clear or transparent updates regarding the status of my balance.
