Papara Closed My Account and Blocked My Access to Funds

On August 26, 2025, my Papara account was closed. Just before the closure, I had deposited around ₺15,800–16,000 into my account via an ATM, and when I got home, I saw that the account was shut down. The money I deposited was meant to pay my bills and rent, but for three days I have not been able to access it, causing me serious hardship. I contacted Papara customer service, but they did not provide any timeline or clear information about when my money would be refunded. They stated that my account was closed for financial security reasons, yet they are withholding my funds. I demand that my money be returned immediately; otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action. This is the first time I have faced such a situation, and I urgently want my grievance resolved.

You keep saying the same things, for 4 days you haven't given me my own money. All you do is cause me trouble. Papara is a disappointment, return my money.

It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received my refund in any way. They are not giving me my own money back, I will take them to court.
