Umingle Account Ban Appeal and Age Verification Request

I am writing regarding an issue with my Umingle website account under the email address aalsamaa***@gmail.com. Recently, my account was suddenly banned with the reason shown as “Under 18,” and the screen now shows that I need to make a payment of Rp39,900 for “Instant Unban.” I am actually over 18 years old, so this ban is incorrect and seems to be due to a misunderstanding or system error. I am currently unable to use my account normally because of this restriction, and I do not accept being asked to pay to remove a ban that is based on an incorrect age flag. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, my real age be verified, and the ban be removed without any payment so that I can continue using the Umingle platform normally.
