Papara Closed My Account Without Reason and Withheld My Salary Payment

On July 17, 2025, my Papara account was suddenly closed without any clear explanation or prior warning. I have never engaged in any illegal or suspicious activity through my account. Despite this, Papara unilaterally decided to both shut down my account and withhold the money inside, which included my monthly salary payment.
It has now been five days, and I still haven’t received a single update or proper response from Papara’s support team. This situation has left me completely stranded financially. On July 22, 2025, at 10:25 AM, I officially filed a complaint with the Eskişehir Consumer Arbitration Committee regarding this unjust treatment.
I demand a full explanation, immediate access to my funds, and reinstatement of my account. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available legal actions to protect my rights. This level of negligence and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.
