My Pandora Bracelet Tarnished in 10 Days

I bought a Pandora bracelet as a graduation gift for my niece. Shockingly, it started tarnishing after just 10 days, even before being worn. I took it back to the Pandora store at Akasya Mall for an exchange, but the experience was far from pleasant.
Initially, I faced condescending attitudes from the staff, particularly as a female customer. The situation only improved when my husband intervened. When I explained the issue to another salesperson, they offered baseless excuses, claiming sweat damage without proper inspection.
They suggested sending the bracelet for examination, estimating a week-long process. Surprisingly, we received a negative result the very next morning, less than 24 hours after submission. This rushed "examination" seemed more like a tactic to dismiss customers quickly.
As a Pandora customer since 2015, I've never experienced issues before. However, this incident with a low-quality product and manipulative staff has soured my view of the brand. Despite being told about a 14-day return policy during purchase, they're now reluctant to exchange the bracelet.
This experience has shaken my trust in Pandora. I'm considering discontinuing use of my long-cherished bracelet and will be seeking a brand that values customer satisfaction more highly.
