Two years ago, my boyfriend bought a bracelet from the Pandora store on Trendyol, and the clasp kept opening. Since it was very valuable, we were afraid it would get lost, so we took it to the Pandora store. They said they couldn't look at items bought from Trendyol and told us to report it there. During the conversation, I clearly stated that I did not want a refund, but a repair, because the bracelet was very valuable to us. Even if it couldn't be repaired, we wanted it returned. However, the store refunded it directly without asking us, and we can't buy a new one for the same price. We also have a financial loss, and the bracelet was very valuable. It's been 2 months, and no solution has been offered; they just dismissed it.
