Oysho Refund Still Not Processed for Returned $149 Order

I returned three items (a bag and two pairs of pants) from my Oysho order No: 60055278373 under the standard return policy. The total amount of the returned items is $149. However, despite the time that has passed, my refund has not been processed, and no payment has been issued to my account.

I initiated the return request through Oysho’s website, and although the process appeared to be submitted correctly, I have not received any confirmation, update, or response from the brand. I have also not yet contacted Oysho customer service regarding this matter.

I request that my refund be processed immediately and that the payment be transferred back to my account without further delay. This prolonged waiting period has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration.
