The product was clearly second-hand, arrived without tags, showed signs of use, had pilling in several areas, and even had oil stains on it. I was appalled to see such poor quality from a brand I once trusted. The condition of the item was worse than something you’d find at a market, and those would cost a fraction of what I paid.
