Oysho Delayed My Order and Won’t Let Me Pick Up In-Store
On September 27, 2025, I placed an order (No: 60056528869) on Oysho’s official website for an Aerogel jacket and Comfortlux leggings, totaling $158. It’s now been a full week, yet my order still hasn’t been shipped. The delivery address is Bağcılar, Istanbul.
When I contacted Oysho customer service, they told me the order had left the warehouse but hadn’t yet reached the courier. They also informed me that I can’t cancel the order or switch to in-store pickup, which leaves me completely stuck waiting with no clear delivery date.
I urgently request that my order be shipped immediately and delivered no later than Saturday. If this is not possible, I want the option to collect the items from a nearby Oysho store the same day. I expect Oysho to resolve this delay quickly and prevent further inconvenience.
