OYSHO Hasn’t Delivered My Order and I Can’t Get a Refund
On August 23rd, I made an online purchase from OYSHO, and the products were then handed over to Kargoist on August 24th. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. I've reached out to OYSHO customer service and Kargoist multiple times, but unfortunately, I haven't received a satisfactory response or solution. It's really annoying because, without a lost cargo report, I'm unable to cancel the order or ask for a refund. I feel completely disregarded in this situation, and I'm currently trapped in a state of uncertainty without any indication of when it will be resolved or any assistance to rely on. I selected OYSHO based on its reputation, but this experience has been rather stressful, and I sincerely hope that the company will address this matter promptly. I would greatly appreciate receiving clear and effective communication, as well as a resolution to this persistent issue.
