Oysho Liona Two-Piece Set Still Not Shipped — No Response From Seller

On October 11, I placed an order on the organikscarf website for the Premium Oysho Liona Two-Piece Set (TK100256, size 36–38) and paid $40 with my credit card. After completing the purchase, I was only given a tracking code (1039279), but it shows no progress or shipment updates.

Later, I was informed that my order would be shipped from abroad and might not be dispatched until October 20–25 or even later. When I requested to cancel the order, the customer service team refused and ignored my follow-up asking to expedite the shipment.

At this point, I’m left completely in the dark — my order isn’t progressing, and I’m not allowed to cancel it. My order number is 670389710. I demand clear information about my order, an immediate resolution, and, if necessary, a full refund for the amount I paid.
