Orcanic Scarf Oysho Set Still Not Delivered After a Month — No Clear Date Given

On September 28, 2025, I placed an order on the Orcanic Scarf website for the Premium Oysho Edoril Two-Piece Set TK100255 – Navy – Size 2 (40–42) (Order No: 1017450). It has now been over a month, and my order still has not been shipped.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that orders would be shipped in sequence and that the product was part of a pre-order, but I was not given any clear delivery date.

This delay has caused me significant inconvenience, and since the product has not been shipped, I am requesting a full refund. I paid ₺999,000 via credit card.

I expect this issue to be resolved urgently and the payment refunded to my account as soon as possible.
