Ordered a Two-Piece Set from Oysho 6 Weeks Ago — Still No Shipment

On September 30, I placed an order with OrganicScarfs: a burgundy two-piece set (with fabric from Oysho and a free scarf included). My order number is 1019250. At checkout I was informed that the item was a pre-order and would be delivered between October 11 and 18. Yet it has now been six weeks and my item still has not been delivered.

Every week I contact OrganicScarfs customer service, and each time I am told, “The shipment will go out this week.” So far I have not been given any tracking number or shipping information. I paid by credit card an amount of approximately $24. I am awaiting delivery to my address in Niğde.

I respectfully request that my order be shipped immediately and delivered to me. I ask that the process be expedited.
