Oysho Does Not Refund Returned Items !!
On February 11th, I ordered ₺4,370 online for delivery at the Oysho Akasya store. By February 14th, only one item had arrived at the store, and it was too big, so I returned it and bought a smaller size. The remaining things in my order arrived late at the store, and since I was traveling, I returned them to the Akasya store on February 26th. The retailer provided me with return documents for both transactions, but as of March 7th, the refund had not been issued to my credit card. When I contacted customer care, they couldn't tell me when the refund would be processed; they only stated they'd "forward it to the relevant department." During my second call, they provided me with an email address and instructed me to write here, as if mocking me. If you are ready to take the risk, go ahead and shop, but I will not be returning. Other Inditex outlets do not experience such troubles, and reimbursements to credit cards are completed quickly.
