Oysho Did Not Deliver My Order and Ignores My Cancellation Requests
I placed an order from the Oysho online store on the morning of February 10, and 2 hours later I chose the delivery method to the store. When I went to the store, they told me that my order was not included in the store's system, they did not deliver the product, I called the call center and they said we could cancel your order, I said cancel, the next day I saw that it was not cancelled. The cancel option from the system does not work either. I called the call center again on February 11th and asked them to cancel my order if they cannot deliver the product. They said okay. They didn't, I called again on February 12th and asked if they wanted to cancel the order, I said yes. On February 13, I called twice and requested cancellation each time. No results, no solutions, no products, no returns. A complete regret!
