Ikea High-Value Item Not Delivered or Refunded

On January 9th, I placed an order through Ikea Turkey's website. My order consisted of two goods. The smaller of the two things was delivered, but the higher-priced product was not, and Ikea Turkey notified me by email on January 16, 2025 at 13:16 that they had all been delivered. I've been calling for four days, and they say "we'll review and get back to you," but they don't call. I can't get my money back or the things. Don't shop at Ikea.
