Oysho Canceled My Order Without Notice – Marked as Delivered but Never Arrived
I placed an order from Oysho, but because I forgot to include my apartment number, they canceled it without informing me. However, on their system, the order still shows as delivered, even though I never received it.
I have been trying to reach Oysho for four days, but they ignore my messages and refuse to create a complaint ticket. How can they cancel my order without notifying me and then fail to assist when I report the issue?
This level of customer neglect is unacceptable. Oysho must fix this immediately, clarify where my order is, and either resend the product or issue a full refund. Ignoring customers is not okay!
