I never received my Oysho shipment, which was handled by Kargoist and reported as delivered. The barcode number for the shipment is 24565435254400100037. Even though I reported this issue two days ago, no action has been taken. I would appreciate it if Oysho could promptly process a refund for the package that was not delivered by Kargoist.
