Oysho Order Delayed Over Six Days With No Delivery Update

On October 6, 2025, I placed an online order with Oysho (Order No: 60056824569) to purchase a pair of boots. During checkout, it was stated that delivery would take 1–3 days, yet it has now been six days and the order still hasn’t been delivered.

The delivery was supposed to be handled by Kargoist, but I haven’t been able to reach either the courier company or Oysho customer service despite multiple attempts. I’ve received no updates, no tracking information, and no explanation for the delay.

I paid $86 (2,500 TRY) for this order, and having to stay home every day waiting for a package that never arrives has been frustrating and disruptive. I request that my order be delivered immediately, or that Oysho provide a clear update and compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
