Oysho Store Missed Delivery Date and Won’t Respond to My Inquiries
On September 27, 2025, at 1:41 p.m., I purchased a bag from the Oysho store in Ankara Gordion, paying $58. Since the item wasn’t available in the store, I was told it would be ordered from another location and would arrive by Wednesday at the latest. I was also told I would receive a message once it was ready for pickup. However, when I went to the store on Wednesday, I was informed that the bag hadn’t arrived yet. Today, I received another message saying the item wouldn’t be available for pickup until October 17, 2025.
My order number is 60081464014. There is no clear way to reach Oysho’s customer service for assistance. I made the payment upfront, trusting the delivery date provided by the store, but I haven’t received any accurate updates since then.
I request that the bag I paid for be delivered by the date originally promised. I also expect Oysho to resolve this delay and fulfill the commitment made at the time of purchase.
