my experience should serve as a warning for anyone thinking about buying accessories from this company, I’ll try to be objective. chose to safeguard my brand new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra with a Defender series case and screen protector, after all their boosting ads, had high expectations for these accessories to protect my device, as they are well-known for being durable and reliable. Honestly, the Defender series case did a great job of keeping my phone safe and secure, but the screen protector didn't quite meet my expectations, in short time it had visible scratches and cracks, which made it unusable straight away. I could tell right away that this wasn't okay, especially given the price tag on the protector. despite my best attempts, I didn't receive any response at all, the lack of communication deserves an Oscar in the worst help.
