There was no drop, no impact, or any external force; it simply cracked when I placed the phone in my pocket. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering the premium price I paid for an official Samsung accessory. I trusted the brand for its quality, but now I regret not opting for more affordable third-party cases. For the amount I paid, I could’ve bought four different protective cases. Samsung needs to seriously reevaluate the quality of their accessories, as this does not meet the standards I expected.
