OtterBox Screenguard Cracks And Customer Service Problems

I'm very unhappy with my Otterbox iPhone screen protector purchase from the Apple Store Dubai. The screen guard cracked within a month, and I had to contact Otterbox several times to get a replacement under warranty. They promised to send a replacement, but it never arrived after more than two months of waiting. I eventually received a response after persistent efforts, but the replacement they sent was also damaged during transit. To make matters worse, they requested proof of purchase, which I promptly provided, but then they stopped responding to my messages. This is highly disappointing and I feel duped by this company. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and they appear to be run by inexperienced individuals.
