Luggage Protector Torn During Qatar Airways Flight and No Response from Customer Service




We flew with Qatar Airways from Bali Denpasar Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and when we received our luggage, we noticed tears on our luggage protector. I sent emails to address this issue, but received no response. It seems impossible to reach anyone for communication, and the company doesn't seem to support its customers. I bought the protector just a month ago and paid ₺2,000, and it got torn on its first flight. I can't find anyone to address this issue. I will never fly with this airline again. They supposedly have an office in Turkey, but there's no one to contact. I am very disappointed; I thought they were a quality airline.
