We flew with Qatar Airways from Bali Denpasar Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, and when we received our luggage, we noticed tears on our luggage protector. I sent emails to address this issue, but received no response. It seems impossible to reach anyone for communication, and the company doesn't seem to support its customers.
