iPhone 14 Pro That Needs To Be Replaced Denied by Apple
Two months ago I bought an iPhone 14 Pro from Apple Baghdad (44.600₺) deep purple. I bought the original transparent case (1080₺) and screen protector (940₺). Two weeks later, I realized that the case was full of scratches and the Apple support process started, so a call was scheduled every 3-4 days. Ms. B****, who took care of my transaction, told me that there would be a replacement and said that it would come from abroad and I accepted it. As I stated at the beginning, I do not accept repair, the inserted phone is a phone with reduced water resistance. Besides, I bought it brand new, I paid a lot of money, what repair?! While I was waiting for an unused factory zero phone, they removed the screen and motherboard and installed it on another phone. This is not acceptable. I have been without my phone for days and I am being victimized by Apple. Replace my phone as you promised me!
