OtterBox Phone Case For iPhone 15 Pro Max Failed; Warranty Denied
Last month, I traded in my iPhone 13 to Verizon for a new iPhone 15 Pro Max. At the store, they recommended the OtterBox Frē Series for MagSafe as a screen protector, despite its high price. I decided to purchase it anyway. However, two weeks later, I accidentally dropped my phone from about a meter in the cold morning air. When I picked it up, I noticed a crack in the top right corner. When I asked them to cover the damage under warranty, they refused. Why are we paying so much money if the protector can't even handle a short fall? I should have bought cheaper alternatives from Amazon.
