I've been an Otterbox fan for ages, literally bought so many of their stuff over the years,never needed to apply for warranty, or I though why because the items were in use for long yeras, lately I had this case that broke, and my glass screen protector shattered too, hit up their customer service, tried to get it sorted. instead of a smooth process, got these super annoying emails back and forth. They kept saying they never say no, but it felt like they were dancing around the issue. Like, just tell me if you can't help me ou… why keep me in the loop. they offer this warranty, but when it comes down to it, they make you jump through hoops just to get a replacement. If you're not gonna stand behind your products, then why even bother with a warranty in the first place?
