The Room I Reserved Through Otelz.com Had No Air Con,Smaller Than Advertised, Nothing Like the Ad

I made a reservation through Otelz for 20-22 July at Quarante Bozcaada hotel for 2 nights for 6625 ₺ with a standard room of 22 m2. When I arrived at the hotel, we saw that there was no air conditioning in the room and there was a rotating fan on the ceiling, the room was not even 10 m2, and the bathroom floor was soaked with water leaking from the shower cabin. We asked the hotel owner to change to a different room if possible, if not possible, we asked for a pedestal fan. Thereupon, we heard that they could not provide a fan to every customer and that "there is nothing we can do". We stayed that night, but it was not possible to sleep because of the music until 4 in the morning. The sound of the bazaar is completely in the room. Since there is not enough fan in the room, you have to open the window at night. Therefore all the noise is inside the room. Since it would not be possible for anyone to stay in this room in the 40-degree heat of July, we requested a cancellation through Otelz.com. Otelz said that he did not check the hotel visuals and after speaking with the hotel, he stated that the 1 night accommodation fee could be deducted and 2217 ₺ refunded, but although the 1 night fee should be 3300 ₺, the hotel owner stated that he could refund this amount. It is very surprising and trustworthy that a reservation page like Otelz does not help with this situation. It should definitely not be preferred for reservation. Available in all images.
