Otelz.com Jacuzzi Room Infested with Bugs, No Compensation Offered

We booked a jacuzzi room at Nish Istanbul Suites & Hotel for our honeymoon. As soon as the jacuzzi started working, bugs began crawling out of the walls and infested the entire room. Despite reporting it to the reception, we were rudely told that we could switch to a standard room. When we tried to call the hotel at midnight, two men were waiting at the door. We didn't even feel safe; the rooms smelled of mold and were unhygienic. No refund or compensation was offered. When we asked for compensation from Otelz.com, we were met with an attitude asking why we stayed at the hotel. Where could we go in the middle of the night? We demand compensation. Our honeymoon was ruined.
