I strongly advise against booking anything through Otelz.com—you’ll end up ruining your vacation. My holiday is over, and I’m exhausted from constantly calling them, with no resolution in sight. They neither provide a refund nor offer any help. It’s infuriating to pay money only to be left in this situation. I have countless photos to prove it; this was at the Savoy Hotel in Girne, a so-called 5-star hotel and casino. If you book through Otelz.com, you’ll regret it.
