Otelz Still Hasn’t Sent My Invoice for Reservation #5522675

I made a reservation through Otelz.com on April 24, 2025 with the reference number 5522675, and to this day, I still haven’t received an invoice. For the past three days, I’ve been repeatedly requesting it, but no one from the team has sent anything.

I’ve shared all the necessary information and even uploaded photos to live support. At first, they responded, but now they’ve stopped replying entirely. I find this deeply unprofessional. It’s unacceptable that Otelz’s accounting department can’t even issue a basic invoice for a confirmed, paid reservation.

This delay has become a serious inconvenience for me, especially since I need this invoice for official records.

Otelz, I’m demanding that you issue and deliver my invoice immediately. Handle this properly, or I will escalate this further. Customers shouldn’t have to chase you for basic documentation.
