Otelz.com Has Not Sent My Invoice Despite My Repeated Requests

I booked a hotel through Otelz.com about 10 days ago, and I still haven't gotten my invoice. I’ve tried reaching out to their call center at 0850 333 0220 several times and also emailed f*****@otelz.com, but no one has gotten back to me about the issue. Whenever I reach out to them, the customer service reps just tell me, “We’ve passed it on to the right department,” but nothing ever gets done after that. I'm really disappointed by the inaction and it's making me doubt their professionalism. I chose Otelz because I expected better service, but this experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I urge them to take this matter seriously and provide the invoice I’ve been requesting for days. This is not okay.
